ILR - Child and leaving country

Not sure where to post this sorry.

If mother is indian with ILR
Father is BC

and child has BC passport do we still need to a visa for a 2 year old when visiting india.

Not sure if hes a person in his own right or hes tagged onto mothers??

Spouse needs passport back

Hi
Wondering what happens when I need my passport back. Its been months now and I dont see why they need to keep my passport other than for the initial id purposes.
Can I ask for it back or will it stop my wifes application?

When paying at office do they use they chip and pin machines?

Is it possible to pay be telephone before hand

I was expecting to pay online and dont have my pin

Did you have to enter your pin or did they use the details on the form,

Ive forgotten my pin and wasnt worried as I was going to pay online.

Do they take payment over the phone?

Im on flr just about to apply for ilr.

What is the status on studying? Ill only have been here for 2 years. 3 years feb 2013.

Mainly for the PGCE, I have been teaching internationally for 5 years.

Secondly for any other part time courses until I am accepted for PGCE?
