Is this mandatory to send a copy once your home country passport is renewed or this is just good to do ?

has anyone used IRP renewal online even if their passport was recently renewed ? Is it that if the passport is renewed since was used for previous registration, you can't use online renewal and have to take an appointment at Burgh Quay office ?

It's your right to ask for FOI under any circumstances, and it's especially important that you request for FOI if you believe your application is straightforward, as it often turned out that the delay is due to their staff making mistakes when processing your application.
