guys to let you know about my exp. PEO:Birmingham applied for me and my wife WP+HSMP+Tier 1 they did not ask for any documents apart from life in uk test and the payslips for the last year( not three months only) + bank statments,,,,thats all to show that i still tick the box for the points claimed...

I believe that she should switch to FLR(M) and subsequently apply for SET(M) in two year's time, unless she satisfies the requirements for ILR under Long residence beforehand. IMHO, the more you try to hide the more suspicious a caseworker will be and the more digging he/she will do. Provide adequate documentary evidence(s) as required under the type of application and covering the entire qualifying residential period. Your chances of success depend on this rather than h...
