Applicant CAS for dependent

Hi, can anyone help me.

I'm a student since 2008 and I don't have a CAS. I just got married and I plan to bring my dependent, do I need to request CAS number for my dependent application?

Please help me if you know the answer.

Thank you very much.

Switching from Student Visitor to Tier 4 dependent

Hi guys, need your advice.

I'll be getting married and I'm now on student visitor visa.
My future wife is studying undergraduate level on government sponsorship and the course is more than 12 months.

Can I switch my student visitor visa to Tier 4 dependent from the UK?

Thanks.
