they have valid leave till feb'14 end ...and we are planning to return after a year time so during that time they will not have valid UK visa.

thanks, any view how they can come back to UK. Which VISA category do I need to apply for them to come back to UK...

Hi,
I have got one query, for ILR under Tier-2 PBS, I have got employer letter but it is around 1.5 month old, can this be used. how old can the letter be dated is there some strict guidelines on this?

In the form it ask for Reason for absence, should we leave it black or mention annual leave, if period of leave was around 5 months then mention that I was working in India for project work.

thanks, so I will opt option 1 probably they will mention that it was taught in english and I dont need option 3 as well.
Just to reconfirm this is needed even if my wife will be applying with me for ILR and not separately.
