Re: Visa for 2nd wife, after divorcing 1st

Hello,

Does ACCA count as a degree obtained from the UK, for exemption in English language requirement, while the study was conducted in Pakistan?

Thanks.

Visa for 2nd wife, after divorcing 1st

Hello Forum, My first wife came to UK with me before 2015, and we went back to Pakistan. I had British Citizenship at that point, my wife did not. Unfortunately, we got divorced, last year. I'm marrying again and want to apply for spouse visa for my 2nd wife. I'm currently in the UK. Other than Nika...

Re: EEA2 Surinder Singh 3 Month Success Story

Asking again as there was no response ... Dear st2447, Thanks for sharing your experience and then having the patience to answer the basic questions like mine. In your cover letter you said: I have attached flight confirmation that I will be travelling to Dublin with my spouse to satisfy section 4.5...

Re: EEA2 Surinder Singh 3 Month Success Story

Also, did you book any accommodation before applying for visa?

As the application form asks for Contact/Host/Accommodation details. I am assuming that this is required for Visit visa applications, but ... still ... just in case ...

@gre.bm691

No, I'm not saying that.

My understanding is, and I can be wrong, that I need to fill section 6.3 for work-related absences, and as I didnt have any, I left it blank and I was not asked anything by the CW regarding that.

@kapilc I didn't specify any reason at all. Infact I didn't specify that any of my absences was unpaid, as there is no such question on the application form. Yes, I had a separate letter from my employer mentioning the unpaid absence and a letter from myself explaining it, but that was not asked for...

@Rozen & Khan Its not about having a lot of money to throw, its about trying out any available options. As I do not have anything else to provide, going genuine. Otherwise, I may try to get fake letters stuff and I may succeed, but ... just dont feel like doing that. And I thought posting here might...

@Rozen Thanks for writing. You are right, but I couldnt think of anything else. And BTW UKBA website includes "Return Ticket/Strong travel plans" in the list of documents that can be used as a proof. And this on the ground, that if somehow they didnt get visa, they'll have the tickets cancelled for ...

This seems similar but its not, as it only asks about Return ticket. I need advice on any other docs as well. Please.
