English requirement for ILR via GTV route

Hi folks,

Can someone apply for ILR under the GTV route with an IELTS expired in October 2021? Please note that the same IELTS was used by the same person to acquire a Tier 2 visa to enter the UK in October 2019.

Travelling in and out the UK

Hi,

Can an EU 8-month child travel in and out of the UK with a COA + EU Passport?

The child applied to the EUSS using an EU National Identity card.

Re: New born travelling in and out the UK with a COA

Thanks.

I am just imagining in case the child is out of the UK and receives a negative outcome. Will the child be able to enter the UK during any administrative and/or appeal period?

Re: New born travelling in and out the UK with a COA

Thanks.

I presume this remains the same during any administrative review and/or appeal period if the outcome of the application is negative. Is that correct?

ILR via GTV

Hi, I held a Tier 2 visa for 1 year before switching to a Global Talent visa which I held for a year and a half. For some reason, I have not managed to get to 3 years so that I can apply for ILR. Now I am applying for endorsement for GTV and I am wondering if I need to have a 3/5 years visa to reach...

Re: FLR(M) vs. FLR(FP)

Do you find it reasonable for family members not to be able to live together? If so, it seems like there is an issue in the immigration system!

Re: Switching from PBS Dependent to Spouse visa inside the UK

Thanks again CR001.

I had a GTV, but it no longer exists as I switched to EUSS. The thing is she is not able to apply for EUSS. Can she extend her PBS Dependent visa based on my previous GTV?
