FPN has no spent period - it is not a conviction (unless a fine was awarded by the court) You shouldn't have more than 1 FPN in the last 12 months. The FPN in 2007 is irrelevant (assuming you didn't have a fine awarded by a court). i didnt go to the court and thanks for the reply, I have one more q...

Yes, you should contact your solicitor or insurance company to get some clarification around this. In any case, now that you have paid the fine and it hasn't been to court, I don't think this will have any impact on your application. dvla is looking into this , spoken to the debt recovery they conf...

Dont confuse a PCN (penalty charge notice) issued by councils for parking/bus lane contraventions on PUBLIC ROADS, with FPNs issued by police for speeding/insurance/red route etc contraventions. FPNs must be declared, PCNs do not, so assuming your 2011-2012 FPNs are actually PCNs then no need to de...

You still didn't explain why the US trip is relevant. Why do you need to be a BC then? If this is to avoid having to get a visa, I would not think it is a compelling reason. If you don't meet the requirement and discretion is not given, the application will be refused and you will lose the applicat...

Depending on your circumstances, you might fit one of the options. The first option might be tricky if you apply now as your application mos...
