Re: FLR M Family Rout Over Stayed

Your wife was fortunate not to have experienced problems re-entering the UK when you had been granted ILR under long residence. The advice generally is not to travel outside of the UK until the FLR(M) visa has been issued. Your legal advisor is optimistic that the late date of the application will ...

Switching will re-set your wife's immigration residence to zero, putting her on a new 5 year path to settlement (ILR). She may now be put on a 10 year route to settlement (2....

Re: Tier 2 visa has been curtailed

Hi,

A solicitor is working my case now, he has advertised my job. 28 days period will finish on 14 June and he will then apply for a licence.

My question is can we not apply for a licence before RLMT?
Do we have to wait for 28 days to finish and then apply for a licence?

Regards

Re: Tier 2 visa has been curtailed

This is just my opinion: I do not think you can work with them officially as they were found not compatible with the Tier 2 system, which is why your leave was curtailed in the first place. Are you thinking of working with your employer until such point that their licence is renewed? Do you know wh...

Re: Tier 2 visa has been curtailed

Sorry to hear about your woes. I am of the understanding that a dependant visa is only valid for as long as the main applicant. A curtailment of the main applicant also means derivatories are also curtailed. But you should be looking at another employer who be willing to sponsor you or face wrappin...
