You don't need to do the Test again. The test does not expire.

You can only apply after a yr from the date your ILR.
If your ILR is approved in 1 May 2013 then you can only apply from 1 may 2014.
Irrespective of how long your ILR application stays with them,

Thx ibroxy, i am so glad to hear from someone that has been in the same circumstances particularly since the time line does not look too bad. Did they give you any clue as to why they had to do more checks? Any thoughts at all? Also what are your exact dates? As in date applied, when you got a resp...

the permit says 'settlement' or 'indefinite leave to remain' this confirms the holder's entitlement to remain here indefinitely. The fact that the permit expires after 10 years does not mean that the person's entitlements are lost after 10 years and that a further ILR application will need to be ma...

Hi guys, I applied on the 16th of April at the Croydon PEO and just recieved the dreaded further enquiry letter. Not sure what the problem can be as my application is a straight forward HSMP to TIER1 application. I have been in the same job for 4 years and did my TIER1 application/renewal while wor...

Validity Date on ILR biometric card

Has anyone also notice validity date on ILR issued on biometric card recently introduced by the UKBA?
Does it means that the ILR can now expire in 5 or 10 yr depending on the period you were given?

Discussion on this is welcome.
