I am in a very similar situation, about to sign a contract for a role that will mean a lot of business travel that WILL take me over the 180 day rule.

Does anybody know if business travel is/isnt part of the overall 180 days limit for ILR purposes?

Share your thoughts please :D

Dude, read the guidance! All 3 pieces of evidence you provided are considered to have come from 1 source- your employer (yes-including the p60, read about what a p60 actually is!). HO found nothing to corroborate your evidence against. Correct decision by CWorker-for once.

Too f...ing right!!! Maybe it will be less of a challenge to communicate in some less desirable parts of London! No wonder "white british" ethnic group is set to become a minority by 2060. I would hate to see the stupid human rights convention mess things up again! IMHO. The message is simple- learn...

Cant tell without seeing them... I would also get them sign them & also mention that they do not have a stamp. That should do it. Also you could ask them to print them out on your company's letterheaded paper.

I understand... 2 things to note here: 1. The consultation is dedicated to evaluation of the impact of removing the link between temporary working & settlement for applicants within the work-related PBS routes entering the system after april 2011. 2. So far I have not seen any comments from the "God...

Hi all, Just got back from Cardiff from my PEO app. What a pleasant experience that was- none of the chaps ever asked a single question, just looked at the docs briefly and sent me to kill off some time while they do all they needed to do. They mentioned that they might need 2 to 4 hours... With tha...

Can I apply in any PEO Centre?

Hi all, I live in London but obviously getting a slot in Croydon is near impossible. Instead I managed to snatch a slot in Cardiff which happens to be only 20mins further away in terms of the journey for me than Croydon. Are there any rules restricting applicants to their local centres...? Thanks in...
