Hello everyone,

I've a question. Is it possible if someone can switch to Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) from Tier 1(General) ? If so then what are the guidelines?

Hope any body would help me with my question.

Thanks

IHS Problem

hi,

I'm going to apply for my wife visa. I just came to know I have to pay immigration health surcharges. Is it possible if I can pay this after sending the application or must do before sending it. The thing is tomorrow her visa is going to expire.

Any URGENT Help?

Re: ILR - Refusal _URGENT

Like I said before all these letter and payslips will make no impact. You need P45 or P60. Seek help from TAX lawyer. If this investigation opens there is lot your lawyer can proof that company in question given you salary and failed to pay tax. One thing they can look at is obtaining logs from ban...

Re: ILR - Refusal _URGENT

Its always on a P60 ( ETY) or P45 when you leave the employer. Payslips don't have PAYE Reference number this is correct . P60 and P45 is most authentic document which shows your total earnings and tax paid during the job period . Salary Slips can be generated very easily on any transactios made by...

Re: ILR - Refusal _URGENT

Imran, Have you called HMRC and validated the employer details? Does HMRC have record of that employer? Your best option is to call them and do the needful. Hi, I asked but I don't have the PAYE number (not mentioned on payslip), and the employer is not appearing on my employment history either. Bu...

Re: ILR - Refusal _URGENT

I know this is not a tax forum: From what I have read on HMRC 's web site on PAYE tax investigations and recollections, if the company is dissolved or no longer able to pay the PAYE contributions for any tax years before 2013, the employee has to repay the PAYE contribution. This is generally for c...

Did you not show them the payslips when the caseworker came to give you the refusal letter or try to explain him that this was not your own tax? When I spoke to hmrc they were ver...
