I think you have failed to understand the HO requirements for investment. If the same money from wife account was transferred to your personal acc and then transferred to your business account would have been acceptable by HO but money has come from someone else ( ur wife) acc who is not applicant

You must include a recent business bank statement, showing your business has a UK bank account. Personal bank statements are not required as there is no requirement for maintenance. you need 2 things which will do all your job

(1) current appointment report
