To the OP: The link that you refer is for (in the jargon of these forums)an Article 10 Residence Card. They are issued to non-EEA family members of EEA citizens. However, anybody holding British citizenship is not an EEA citizen within the UK. As you are a British citizen, you are not an EEA citize...

If wife has ILR she has a BRP for the UK migration route. That is not the same as a residence card for those enjoying the EU migration route. Your wife cannot apply for that RC as British citizens are not considered to be EEA nationals (in this context). Get a Norway visitor visa. Have a great trip...

all you have to submit is past 12 months payslips and bank statements... you dont have to submit all those previous stuff before u entered. i got ILR on 21st feb and i did not submit anything related to before Tier 1

Thanks for the reply. one more question if case worker has any doubt will he ask for the documents? i am carrying all the documents but i keep the additional documents with me (company tax returns, company financial un audited accounts statements) unless case worker ask me... yes i do have accountan...

1) yes the fee will be fully taken when you book your appointment. i have booked my appointment for and money has already taken from my account (CC)
2) yes you can apply provided you wife still have valid visa to stay.
