Bringing Relative To The UK

My friend has indefinite stay in and will like to bring his relative cousin to be precise to join him permanently in UK from Ghana. My friend is working and earning salary. What documents does she need to provide and what documents does her cousin need to provide?

Can Irish Citizen Apply for British Citizenship from Ireland?

For example, if I am Non-Eu who is now a naturalised Irish Citizen living in Rep.of Ireland, can I apply for British Citizenship from here in Ireland? I see so many British citizen who applied for Irish citizenship from northern Ireland. Can it be the same?

He would have to try harder. 5 years on social benefit without a job, with his spouse also on social benefit, simply won't work for any applicant. How do they support themselves? Yes. Applicants are not supposed to use any means-tested social benefits in the last 3 years at least. They may be able to justify some of the benefits as they have special needs children, however, that allowance is only like two grand a year, and is no excuse for not working for five years at all....
