Re: ILR and redundancy payment

Hi @rajumr

I am applying for my settlement the end of this month. Just wondering how did yours go? Did you manage to get your settlement without affected by the redundancy claim?

Thanks :)

Re: Time required for increase unrestricted CoS allocation

Hi,

No, we didn't submit extra document. There was a column for your sponsor to fill in the reason why they want an increase allocation.

Re: Time required for increase unrestricted CoS allocation

Hi my visa is expiring in mid April and I have put my application in today for next week interview. They approved the allocation after 2 weeks but I don't think that's because of the email that my employer has sent.

Re: Time required for increase unrestricted CoS allocation

It is not ukba anymore. I think they merge with the other government department and the email we sent to last time was to the business help desk BusinessHelpdesk@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk It is better for your sponsor to send the email and they will respond within 2-5 days. Remember to attach your brp s...

Re: Time required for increase unrestricted CoS allocation

Hi, I am still waiting for the cos approval. My employer did email home office and they have asked us to email again 15 working days before my current leave expires. They won't treat my case as emergency until my visa falls into this time frame. So all we can do now is wait until before Easter. If w...

Re: Tier 2 Visa Extension - When to Apply

Agree. I have phoned the Home Office and they have advised 28 days before my current leave expires. But the reason they gave was for settlement application in the future.

Hope this helps.
