Did you just submit all the documents listed in your main post or the case worker asked those one by one?

Re: Dependant's extension application Liverpool PEO 29/10

I left that blank I applied for settlement (in the morning) and my wife's extension (afternoon) in person at Liverpool PEO. My ILR expereince is posted here . I had FLR(M) for my wife but the lady who does validation checks told me that my wife needs to apply for Tier 1 dependant extension and doesn...

Re: JD

1-Have they asked about cohabitation docs - if you have dependant spouse? My wife didn't qualify for ILR so she submitted a separate application for extension. The caseworker didn't ask for co-hab docs but we submitted original marriage certificate with her application. See my original post. 2-Have...

But Before marriage your wife name will have her father name and father surname. and after marriage your wife name will have your name and surname. In summary, at birth full name(wife name+father n...

Re: ILR success at Liverpool PEO 29/10

Please which date did you take into consideration in arriving at the date you went for your ILR? is it 28 days prior to the Visa entry date or 28days prior to when your extension Visa expires because there are a lot of misconception regarding this issue and posts in this forum too. Thanks 28 days t...

If you have 2 cards and not sure which one you are going to use then I suggest print 2 copies of payment page and fill in for different cards. Use 1 as main and if that fails you can submit the other one. In my case the case worker asked docs one by one so I didn't have to submit whole list of docs ...

I am going to be applying for my FLR M soon but after coming across your wife's case I am so confused what to do. You are lucky that they let your wife submit an PBS dependant despite having an appointment for FLR M. I have a read a few cases where they have refused to do so. I have another questio...

Congratulations. Did the caseworker say why your wife can't apply under FLR (M) but has to apply under PBS dependent? I asked if this is a recent change because there is no clear guidance and I was under assumption that my wife will need to apply for FLR(M) but she was not sure and her answer was m...

As you entered UK within 3 months, you can count your time period from visa stamp date.

You are not required to give any other doc evidence but give ref to the guidance to be safe.

If entered UK within 3 months of your visa start date then you can count from visa start date, if not then your time period will be counted from entry date. http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitecontent/documents/policyandlaw/modernised/cross-cut/ilr-calculating-continuous/ilr-calculating-continuous...

I think it's including weekends and not working days, because when you calculate time for ILR you include weekends.

Anyone disagree?

As per nnj10, I will be eligible for ILR after 02/03/2012. I am not sure whichone is right. Other experts, please reply to my q...
