Set(O) or Set(F)

Hi I need to apply ILR for my children and it’s directing me towards a Set(F) application online. Wanted to confirm it it’s the right form to fill? I have become BC now but came on Tier 2 General. Family arrived a year later in 2014. Wife also got ILR last year and waiting for oath ceremony now. Chi...

Spouse need to wait for a year for BC?

Hi, I am wondering if my wife needs to wait for a year after ILR to file for BC. I came to UK on Tier 2 General in 2013 and got my BC few months back. Rest of the family had come in June, 2014 so were not eligible for ILR with myself. Filed for wife’s ILR very recently but wondering if/when she gets...

Re: MN1 for Children Born Outside of UK

Thanks much CR001, have a further question please: what if I apply for BC next month since I'd be eligible for one and later when registering children under MN1, one parent would be BC and other ILR?

MN1 for Children Born Outside of UK

Hi I want some advice on applying for my children MN1 please. Here are my circumstances: 1. Got my ILR April, 2018 based on Tier 2 PBS 5 years. Couldn't apply for family (wife and two daughters) since they had joined me in UK about a year and 3 months later. 2. Son born in UK in 2015. Filed for his ...

Thanks. Yes, that's what I was afraid of but no way around it seems like.

Re: Gap between primary and dependent ILR eligibility

Thanks Vinny!

Tier 2 extension last time took about a month which means they may not be able to vary their application as there still would be a month or so remains in ILR eligibility..

Gap between primary and dependent ILR eligibility

Hi, I will be eligible for an ILR based on Tier 2 General in April, 2018. However my dependents won't be until June 2019. Current Extended visa on our BRP is valid till end of March, 2019. As you see there's a gap between dependent's visa expiry and their ILR eligibility in June, 2019. Questions are...
