As a sponsor, I have earning and savings in the bank account to support their sponsorship.

As a applicant, Both sister and BIL earns Rs40K per month and savings of £3000 in their accounts.

Their nature of the business is cash based so planning sponsor their trip to support it.

thanks for the response. Yes they do have their IT returns and bank statement but not maintaining enough funds so support it planning to sponsor their trip.

Thanks josekumar. My father in law also got a call but from VFS office and they asked him to submit the passport again for rectification. He has submitted it today and was told that it should be returned in 7 days. I will update once everything is sorted but thanks a lot to all members for guidance...

I have contacted them through paid email service requesting explanation to know why it was given only 6 months. Got a call from British High commission to resubmit the passport to rectify the error.

They will accept the baby's name what you have mentioned in the Birth Certificate you registered in your council. Also the Parents name on the birth certificate should match what you have in the passport.

hello there,

Did anyone applied Right of Abode - Certificate of Entitlement recently around November last year and got the RoA from Home office?

I have applied on 22nd November 2016 and received ack. letter 28th November. Still waiting for the approval.
