sorry dear but i have not been through any of them... what i know is only further leave to remain, one on family and private life(fp) and the all others comes into flr(o). VERY IMPORTANT.... WHILE FLR(O)'S DECISION IS PENDING, CAN WE APPLY FOR ANY OTHER CATEGORY ? i really need your help... regards ...

in my case, the things are employement/self employment, family and private life,the time spend in the UK me and my wife both

thats true, but can we not ask for appeal right? because what i heard from this so called solicitors are we can ask for appeal right.. adding to this,,,,,, they said apply for flr 0 then in the mean time while the decision is pending then get set 0 ready and apply on that basis ... ??? i have to be ...

Is you lawyer minded to make an application under the Point based system or Article 8. thanks obie, i have no idea whether flr o or flr fp is under point based system, i doubt it though... what my concern is all about that which form to use and what supporting documents to produce so for case worke...
