The 3 year residence requirement is for EVERYONE when it comes to home fees, even British students.. I checked my student finance application status,
it shows that "I am entitle for 4999.50 maintainance loan & 3290 for tuition fees .."

i just check the special delivery tracking number (the return envelope I send to homeoffice, i noted that number b4)

it saying on 03/08/10 i should get delivery...
