thanks for your replies but we don't have no documents yet as they are not with us however she is very good in english can i simply go without any english documents or do i have to get the documents like she studied back home in english and also am i using the correct version of form

Dependent Visa FLR (M) will she need Life in the UK Test

hi
My spouse will be applying for her extension this week as she hasn't completed her two years and i got my ILR last week so she would have to extend her visa can seniors please help if she needs to appear in Life in the UK Test or she would do the test when she applies for ILR.

as long as bank statement is original on letter head with your name and address on it should be fine, same with the payslips if they are on official letter head it should be fine however you can wait for senior comments

I am in the same boat with dependent but she isn't eligible for indefinite yet so am planning to go for PEO by myself and once my ILR is successful then i can either send her visa by post or via PEO totally would be your decision.

I have got all the documents you stated in your post only the concern was the salary which shouldn't have been paid into my business bank account as the business statement has my business name but also reflects my personal name as well so i think it should be ok
