OCI approved- But unable to send passport

Hi all,

My OCI has been approved and they received the docs from Delhi. But my problem is I will be needing my passport for travelling in and out of UK for the next three months. How long can the CGI Birmingham, wait for my Passport to put the OCI sticker on?

Thanks,
Kant

However it is mentioned on London HCI website that cash payments are acceptable. It would be of great help to me if anyone could confirm the mode of payment. Thanks, kan...

Re: If wishes were Horses!

Kantave, For India and China the restrictions will only increase by the day. You can be idealistic and complain about the system. If a company urgently needs someone, they should recruit locally, the country should create skills to meet their needs. Migration is a temporary solution. But with India...

Re: It was going onfor a long long time

dileepp89, Not only H1b Visas but also L1 visas were misused indiscrimately by the Indian companies across the board except a few. Having said this things are as tight as tight can be now, with various loopholes that were identified as a result of whistleblowers and other investigations plugged now...

Thanks for the replies

Please excuse me for the ignorance but how can I access PBS calculator. I did not use PBS before and tier1/tier2 was not the basis of eligibility for naturalization.

Any information would be really helpful

Thanks

Thanks for the reply.

Yes I am not an US citizen. Is it either or both? Do they require both NARIC comparability and a letter from the US institution or either of them?

Thank you very much it is very helpful.
