Thanks for your reply He lived with us for 6 years and he had a dependent visa of my husband who was as my dependent under working permit visa My step son did not apply for ILR as when we apply for it he went back to Brazil. I got ILR after he borned,when he born I was on work visa.

so when I registre him which visa will he get?

Does your ID came with expire date?

As my is valid until 2024

you stated bank statement covering 4 months but the application form do not require it.
Do I need to have it?
