My wife came to the UK in June 2013 and went to India for pregnancy on Aug 2015 and visa expired on November 2015 during her time in India. Thanks mate, its quite a relief now. Of course I don't think I have any other option. Will be there any questionnaire or form we need to fill in PEO? Thinking what I should tell in case of interview not delayed SA, thinking whether they will accept the fact that I am not aware of it or my accountant...
