You will qualify if you can demonstrate that once your housing cost and council tax is deducted from your earnings, the amount you have left is the same or above the rate of income support that a family of your size will be entitled to. I think that getting PIP higher care allowance might exempt you from the £18,600pa financial requirement. Will look into and post back later.
