for few embassies they need attested marriage certificate from external ministry and for other embassies its not required.

i think FLR(m) is required when you already have ILR. Its a spouse visa. whereas if you don't have ILR then you bring your wife as dependent and then you both can apply for ILR together. thats what i have done. Payslips are required only from april, not for all years. Employment letters are sufficient to show continuity. As you have bank stst it would be sufficient.
