Re: Supporting docs for EEA2 application

Take a look at my thread reapply or reconsideration. I would tick the box and fill out the section and supply them with any relevant supporting documents. I'd write more, but I'm on my phone and it's all in the thread. Do a search for posts by me. Thanks JB, I'm thinking it won't hurt to submit all...

That's the same thought we had. What is the passport was returned 1 week before the travel date and you HAD to travel on that date? What about her job, property etc. How will all that be closed off in a week?

She is currently in the Caribbean

Date of travel/visa issue date

Hello all, Please forgive me if there is already a thread for this. I have a question regarding the travel date for my spouse's visa. She is currently out of the UK and would be an out of country applicant. On the application form, there is a question which asks 'on which date do you wish to travel ...

Good question I was in a similar situation. I supplied both passports but only entered the details of the current PPT in Section 3, (as they asked for un cancelled PPT to be entered). I also provided a letter address to the IPS explaining why I supplied 2 PPT. I mentioned on another post that the IP...

Stand by friendinneed, I am yet to have mine returned. I'll let you know if the IPS dared to fold it even though I provided a 'Do Not Bend' envelope. As promised to return with an update; my docs and cert were returned today, in the Do Not Bend envelope. The cert shows no signs of being folded. Gla...

tbbcuk just so you know, I sent my appl via C&S and insisted that my cert not be folded and sent in the A4 Do Not Bend envelope I provided. The lady put up a brave fight but lost in the end.

My docs and cert came back today, in the envelope I sent them in (which had the pre-paid postage)

1) I was about to send 2 of my previous passports. One cancelled, in which all my visa's have been stamped. The other was the new passport. He asked me to just mention the new passport and not to send the old cancelled passport. Is this correct? Ans: It depends, is your cancelled passport the one yo...

You know, I had the exact same problem when I posted my application about 2 weeks ago. I had a 30min argument with the woman at the Post Office because she wanted to fold my certificate and place it into a clear plastic bag as part of their Check and Send service. My question to you'll is, if you ho...

The difference between service to voters and service to non voters.... I have to disagree with that statement. I have voted 2x in previous elections before obtaining citizenship.
