I meant appointment to register marriage as council advisor told me it wasn’t possible before he was here and other one said it is possible so booked and explained

Nothing new I just added more evidence of relationship, original pass rather than certified copy sent initially Only new doc was notice of appointment for registring marriage which i found out i could book after subsequent call to council which i explained to them Why would you think it go against me?

Due to my mistake as first time i sent everything some
Other doc needed so sent it again

Spoke to their help line and no help and costed furtune

Email and nothing heard back so stuck

What can i do?

Does everything get scanned so they have a full copy of everytjibg befor making a decision

All, When you apply in ukvi, they ask you to send the documents directly via post to sheffield This was done but sent three batches of documents with covering ketter. Does ukvi link them all together or do you have to do anything? Would they as soon as thy receive first batch stop adding more docs? ...

It is three options,

reason for visit
visa type
visa subtype

I selected reason for visit as settelement
visa type as Settlement
and on sub type I am confused, I could select, marriage, wife and unmarried partner for fiance visa. which one ?

I know you can't switch but she can come here get married , go back and apply again for marriage visa with a valid certificate

it doesn't say you have to leave the uk after your visit, does it ?

I know but decree nisi is another 2 month or so and another 6 weeks for decree absolute so I don't want to wait another few month . it can be worse as the UK court doesn't have any timelines .
