I just called my council and they gave me the option of public or private ceremony,,,

so I booked private with £50 fee as the public one was in mid of january next year.

so i think its your choice and should be booked within couple of months.

I got my application approved on 20-11-13 and recieved letter on 27-11-13

I called and emailed HO on 25-11-13 and they said application still under processing and no decision has been made yet......

so i believe your approval will be on your doorstep soon........

I(and my wife) got my ilr in october 2012 and planning to apply for naturalization in oct 2013.

my wife is uk resident since nov 2009 and it will be almost 3.6 years.

my question , can we apply for naturalization application together or i should only apply first.

there is no such rule mentioned

It seems that the problem is just at PEO glasgow, I have seen a post where somebody got ILR from someother PEO.

seems to me the lack of information shown by PEO glasgow,

will be useful if somebody in the same boat (Tier 1 general contracting through limited company) can share their experience in other PEOs.

i have my friend applied today with director of limited company at PEO glasgow and his application was returned and was asked to apply by post.

I cant see anywhere it written in the guideline but thats the case.

yes i will be showing payslips and bank statement.

the employer letter will only state that i am the permanent employee and travelled outside country for business trips on following ABC dates.
