I know everything but you can see its really confusing and complicated thing thats why all gurus and champs prefer to keep quite.

I just wanted to know that deception comes under breaching of immigration condition or its a different thing with the reference of those questions as per given details.

All money will be clearly marked in the bank statement that its came through PayPal which is an eBay company who specifically created to deals eBay financial transactions. As per law, you can only do 10/20 hours job on Tier 4 visa. You cannot do business or be self-employed. And doing business in UK is not 'just like that' thing. Actually he must have applied for longer course but join shorter course in the same college. Thats why I suggest him to join another course within a month otherwise it will be difficult to awnser at the time of visa extension that why he done that and what he was doing in last 8 months.

I think your visa has been curtailed by UKBA. They are so strickt now a days.

First contact UKBA and then apply in any Highly Trusted College if they give you permission to do so. Dont do anything without permission of UKBA now.

So its mean you really dont have enough funds to meet the visa extension requirements.

My suggession is leave UK ASAP possiblly before 28 days. Do not become an overstayer or illegle migrant as it will effect your future application as well.

But I think you must make your application within 30 days of first print taken. After 30 days it will become invalid.
