Re: help please

Vinny,

Do you think I should wait a few months before applying for spouse visa? Will ECO consider our marriage is legitimate? I got married in 2011 in UK and deception was used in initial application for Tier 1 (general) in 2009.

Thanks,

KPK

help please

I am not sure if I am posting in the correct forum or not. I would appreciate if anyone can shed some light on my situation. When I first applied for my Tier 1 in 2009 I have used a false document (my own fault) to claim points for degree and managed to get ILR in 2014. one of my friend who is simil...

Re: ILR - Employer Letter Variation

If you have payslips and bank statement why are submitting employer letter. Do not complicate you application by submitting more documents than required. Upto you anyways but get it changed if possible. UKBA may think contradicting information.

I think you were finally relieved.

Although they say 7 - 10 working, I have received mine in 2 working days and so did you and few of my other friends.

Re: Tier 1G to ILR, First Entry at the beginning of Saty

The date was based on when you first granted Tier 1.

I did the same with my application and ILR was granted last week.

Re: SET(0) Questions?

Hi, I recently attended ILR appointment. For 6.1 I have inputted the date when my Tier 1 was first granted. (it was in aug 2009) For 7.11 I have mentioned how long I have been in UK since arriving here in 2007 and absences in the last five years since Tier 1 and my visa was approved without any addi...

Re: BRP delivery time

It depends you see on delivery timescales.

In my case I have attended the appointment on 15/08/2014 and received BRP on 19/08/2014 (considering 16th and 17th being weekend)

Hope you receive in the next couple of days.

Re: British Citizenship

Thanks again IndiMarshall

Thanks Vinny

Vinny can you clarify based on my example? Do I have to be present in UK on 19/08/2011? Or Is it OK if I had valid visa at that time and I was away on Holiday abroad.

Many Thanks,

kpk

Re: British Citizenship

Many Thanks for you replies IndiMarshall and ban.s

Just one more clarification.

If I apply today(18/08/2014) and home office received the application on 19/08/2014. I should have been in UK on 19/08/2011. Is that correct? What happens if I am outside UK on holiday?

Hi, I have recently been granted ILR and my wife is British Citizen by birth and we are married in 2012.
