Interview Attire!!

Guys,

After a long struggle, I am going for an interview in the coming week. Now am confused with what to wear. I am very much new to UK. so bit confused.

Is a suit a must??.. else a nice white / sky blue shirt with a tie, trouser and a fine formal shoe is enuf ??.. please help out.

it is same here as if i have exp in mainframe with db2 and have even worked in SQL server so oracle or sql server developer jobs will not make much diff if we have worked in any one of the RDBMS.
