Unfortunately yes. It was a sudden death of both her family members in a span of 2 days so she couldnt bear to wait any longer...

I was thinking of answering yes to those questions but i have been reading some forums here and they said they were told to take another test as the home office didnt accept their expired test.

Thank you very much Cullinan. I really appreciate your reply. I do not need to vary application right as I would go straight with the ILR application. I just hope there wouldnt be any problem with the 8 day gap. Has anyone got the same situation as mine and was successful?
