Thanks for the Reply. I would like to confirm another point is that my Tier 1 Visa is not being granted for full 5 years. The total duration of visa granted is for 4 years and 11 months and 7 days. Does this is going to an issue? I think this last 7 days saved me from applying the Tier1 extension? W...

Dear Seniors Our details are as follows Category : Tier1 General Tier1 Visa Issued = 03-12-2009 for three years till 03-12-2012 Entered in UK = 02-02-2010 (61 days elapsed) Further Leave to Remain (Visa Extended Until) = 11-11-2014 (21 days short) We were 61 days late after the Initial visa issuance...

in the actual announcement of this is bit confusing as it has mentioned about clause 139 onward.. i.e. 139.
