The regulations state that my 13 year old daughter would require parents or guardians permission to obtain this visa (she is non EEA), if the parents are divorced, does the child require both parents to give consent or just one parent?

One further item to add: My residence in Australia was for 8 years on a temporary business visa. When this runs out I will need to return to the UK. My partner and I have a 2 year old son together. As I will have to leave Australia, is it worth mentioning this as some sort of mitigating factor? Thanks
