We have just received her passport and application documents. ILR granted on the 7th of March. It took them almost exactly 2 weeks.

Hi Guys, Has anyone applied after 29 Feb(biometric application) and got their card? I applied on 1st March at croydon PEO and my application was put on hold because they requested additional docs for cohabitation as I had initially supplied only joint account statements and my wife's payslips only....

The most relevant changes (actually practically applicable to the majority) seems to be that the income level at ILR time has to be atleast as much as when the points were secured. IMHO I think this is the best outcome, as for majority, they will have been earning more now than when they came in 5 ...

Hi, Thank you so much. I applied on 15th of Dec 2010 and my Tier 2 expired on 17th Jan 2011. I only received the rejected application on 19th of Jan and I reapplied on the next day. I did not filled the cages on "overstaying" thinking that I was still in the process of application(for my ignorance)...

Considering that you were granted ILR outside the immigration rules...depending on your circumstances, you may fail to meet the residence requirements - i.e 5 year legal stay in UK. Can you provide more information on your immigration status before you were granted ILR?
