He's working yes but he's thinking divorcing his wife that is why he is trying to see if was possible to apply ILR as british child parent . i think it will be very difucult for him to apply as british child parent . Thank you for your advises

thank you for your responses. he is still with his wife but in a very difficult relationship and he thinks she will not support him with his application. yes, he is on 5 years route he just completed the 5 years and his brp will expire in 2 weeks' time.

hi all
My friend needs help to Apply for ILR . Currently he's on spouse visa and have completed full 5 years in the UK he wanted to know if he can switch from spouse visa to Parent of a British child route . Right now he's about to apply for ILR . Any advise will very appreciated . Thank you

Hello all just to say thank you for your , Good news my wife attended to er citizenship ceremony yesterday and now she is a British citizen. She now planning to apply for her first passport . We will keep you updated. Once again thank you for your support.

she submitting docs are :

Her passport
Her BRP (Indefinite)
My British passport
English at B1 CEFR certificate
Mariage Certificat
Live in the UK pass certificate
Two referee declarations.

Anything she must add?

ok, that's good for her and can she use payslips as proof of living in the UK for 3years? As it said in the online form, Bank statements or household bills are not suitable proof you have been living in the UK. Thanks

Hi, all am seeking help for my uncle he just received his certificate after the citizenship ceremony last Friday but he has his ILR as a vignette on the A4 paper he wants to know if he should send back to HO since he never has a BRP Card?

she asked the employer to include the annual salary but they said because she is on zero contract and her salary variation they can't give an amount the annual salary. Her employer is thinking is she applying for another job even she told them that for HO. But the rest of the information is there. D...

Ok she's in Zero hours contract so in the online application they asking the annual salary should I put £19761.6 as her annual salary? On her employment letter they didn't put her annual salary because she's bank Zero hours contract.
