You have nothing to worry about Smam. As long as you were not charged/convicted by a court, you are clear. Your disclosure will most likely come back with no charge/warning/convictions. I had a similar issue with the British Transport Police over an invalid rail ticket. They took my details but didn...

Hello OP My wife and I got our ILR recently. My wife came to the UK as Tier1 dependent in February 2010, but she was away from the UK for 8 months between Feb 2010 and March 2012. Fortunately we had documents (utility bills, bank statement, letters etc) in her name covering the 2 year period. I beli...

Hi VK82

Yes, you can claim March salary.

I claimed March 2012 earning for my successful ILR application. My pay day was 9th March and the same date was written on the payslip. In the form, I wrote that I was claiming earning for the period 01 April 2011 to 31 March 2012.

Cheers

Hello ra_one_2011 I was in a similar situation some months ago and I got my ILR just last week. I was stopped by the British Transport police for travelling on a train without a valid ticket. However, the rail company didn't charge me to court nor was there any follow-up. A few weeks later I did the...

@OP I agree with linkers that most case workers are confused about the rules. I got my ILR last week at the Croydon PEO. While the case worker was going through my documents, she mentioned that I was claiming less salary and less points for earnings than my Tier 1 application. I admitted that that w...

Hi adk, I got my ILR 2 days. I am a company director as well. No, you don't need to earn the same or more than what you earned in your Tier 1 application. You'll be fine as long as you earn enough to give you 75 points in total. When I applied, the case worker did mention that my earning was less th...

@Struggler
Thanks for your response. Yes, I was thinking of writing the rail prosecution office to implore them to settle the matter out court and pay the fine/admin charges. I'm going to do that ASAP.

Many thanks
