How long does they take to replace the BRP?

I just realised SET (O) form had been changed this week.
My appointment is tomorrow morning.
I'm going to print out using my home printer but I have no photocopier.

Do I need to submit a copy of the forms or just the original will do?

Thanks for your reply I managed to call them to check. The lady said minimum 3 months of payslips is required for Work Permit holder. I have 4 latest months. So, that is sufficient for me :) By the way, I had multiple trips for holidays but all totalling less than 180days a year, basically about 30 ...

About the payslips, is there a minimum number of payslips required?
I had only requested 3 months payslip from my Payroll department.

I do have 5 nos of P50 and 12 months worth of Bank statements

I think all 4 options end up with the same fees. Does that mean it should not matters if we really get it wrong?

To book a Set (O) appointment I was asked:

Which category are you applying?
- Tier 1
- Tier 2
- Other Main Applicant
- Dependant

I'm under work permit from January 2009, so I think 'Tier 2' is the closest category?
Or should I select 'Other Main Applicant'?
