Re: Tier 2 Sponsor Licence Suspended due to non genuine vacancies

Dear all, I just want to check as we all have NVQ6 or higher (Bachelors and Masters), but not ACCA qualified. We have had compliance visits in previous years but this was never an issue. Could this be different since it is an accountancy firm? We are all performing all duties stated in our CoS and h...

Re: Tier 2 Sponsor Licence Suspended due to non genuine vacancies

This is really confusing, as we have had compliance visits in the past, and none of the sponsored were qualified. The visits went well before, but this time I think we didn’t focus on the duties.

Re: Tier 2 Sponsor Licence Suspended due to non genuine vacancies

Thank you for your response. I have read many examples on this form, I have additional questions: Me and my colleague were sponsored as Company Accountant, we both hold Masters and few ACCA exemptions, but not fully qualified. We have been fulfilling all our CoS duties and prepared extensive genuine...

Tier 2 Sponsor Licence Suspended due to non genuine vacancies

Dear all, I have completed my MBA in the UK in July 18, and found a job and was sponsored in October 18 under 2421 code. We had a UKVI Compliance visit in June 19, and I was interviewed and I had to show examples of my work, along with another employee. My sponsor has received a letter of suspension...

Re: Tier 4 General processing times after Administrative Rev

Thank you Keysersoze. To Waqas, the initial application was refused as the ECO did not see the name in the bank statement, and thought the street name (named after a famous person) was the guardian and that no documents were submitted to prove the relationship! However, the whole process of administ...

Re: Tier 4 issued after the enrollment deadline

So now the university has reported the new dates to UKVI, does this mean that the current visa will be automatically cancelled? As obviously they are reporting his non enrollment?! I am just asking as the university are unable to advise at this stage, and if he is to apply to a new CAS and visa, it ...

Re: Tier 4 issued after the enrollment deadline

Dear Sah, Thank you for your reply. The university are advising that there is an intake starting within the next 28 days, that he can join, and that they will report the new dates to UKVI, but as you have said, it looks like it will affect the issued visa. The university keeps saying that they will ...

Tier 4 issued after the enrollment deadline

Dear all, I have a question regarding delays in receiving Tier 4 visas for out of country applications. My relative has received Tier 4 visa, but due to some delays with application (administrative review), the university won't allow him to join now, as it is passed the enrollment deadline, and he c...

Re: Timeline after successful administrative review

This is very long! The problem is that on the decision email they specify that: to avoid any further delays, you should notify them when you make the IHS payment and drop the passport, but this doesn't seem to make any difference to the processing time. I read in another form that the stamp takes be...

Thank you for your replies. We finally heard from UKVI about the payment of the HS, and then asked to deposit the passport and a copy of the email to the application centre where he first applied. To Sah, my brother can ask his own questions, however, he was unable to create an account on this forum...

Refusal of Tier 4 General under 245zv(c)

Dear all, my brother has recently applied for Tier 4 visa, his application was refused due to maintenance funds. He has submitted bank statements in his name, showing a balance of £13000 for more than 28 days. The case worker did not see the name of my brother in the bank statement, and picked part ...

Re: Maintaining the salary requirements for Tier 1 General I

Thank you secret.simon and Abc499 for your replies. You have given me so much courage. I had my premium appointment today, and my ILR was granted :) I didn't submit my SA302s for the 6 years and I wasn't asked for them. I guess because everything matched with HMRC and all my taxes have been paid. Th...

Re: Maintaining the salary requirements for Tier 1 General I

Hello, Thank you for your reply. For the earnings for the year 2010-2011, they were 35k, and I have submitted them on time for the HMRC, and it is the same amount that was shown in my initial tier 1 general application. I am just concerned about the year 2011-2012, I am worried if I will be refused ...

Maintaining the salary requirements for Tier 1 General ILR

Hello everyone, I have seen this subject discussed in many threads, but the answer was not clear, as many people have made amendments to their tax. I have been approved for Tier 1 General in June 2011, based on earnings of 35k. I have extended my leave in June 2013 for a further 3 years. My SA302 s ...

My friend is planning to switch from Tier 4 to Tier 2. He is currently on ACCA course until April 2014.
