was the first 3 years under the refusal asylum ?

with yummymummy3j he granted discretionary leave at first place when he applied for the FLR O so he extended it with the same app which is FLR O but my case is with refusal asylum been grant discretionary leave and now i want to extend it thru having a british family so what form is the best ???
