Hello. How long is someone allowed to spend abroad with a BRP stating Limited Leave to Remain? This is for a Ukrainian person who for personal reasons might need to leave the country for a while and we need advice on what the time limit is. Thank you

Re: Successful applications after cautions?

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone here has been refused citizenship on the basis of a caution even though the application was made AFTER 3 years of the caution? I realise that applying WITHIN 3 years of the caution is a probable rejection, but I haven't seen anyone mention that they got accepted AFTER th...

I have read it. If it does require more forms then I really should be going to specsavers. On the other hand, it would have been easier for you to just confirm I am correct or wrong. That would have been more useful.

I'm sure some of you have qualified for it so in your case have you renewed your Tier 1 FLR without any problem? I'm a Tier 1 visa holder and I'm thin...
