Re: BRP not Received

Hello, I have been waiting for my BRP card for 4 months. After reading what is written on this website, I sent a letter to each of the following e-mail addresses. I hope I can get my BRP card as soon as possible. I can't even open a bank account without my BRP card. I am in a very difficult situati...

Re: Apply for ILR

I was under impression that they can! The new comms rolled out by Sopra Steria does mention ILR route available for Tier 1. Even when you check the eligibility for ILR it mentions about possibility of using Premium Service for same day decision. Has anyone tried this service??

Update(After applicaiton at VFS centre on 31/10/2017):

The visa was approved for 7/11/2017 (I think because I have mentioned intended day of travel as 8/11/2017). It was collected on 10/11/2017 and back to UK the same day. No tourble at Heathrow.

Hope this might help others.

Hi, Sorry to hear about the situation and I can imagine how stressful it would be for you guys. I believe it takes 15 working days for the single entry visa to be issues. Single Entry Visa/Replacement BRP

Hi, I would like to know about the timeline for the single entry visa. In this case the visa is applied for a replacement BRP where the BRP holder already has the dependent visa. It’s unfortunate that the visa is lost during connecting flight and now she wasn’t allowed to travel back to LHR-UK. Sing...

Yes. You will be eligible next year. Thank you Momi. How about the employment from Feb 2017- June 2017? Will that be counted towards the Settlement period? No, only employment from June 2017 (when you got your extension) is counted towards the job creation requirements for settlement thank you marc...

Re: After 16 month got visa.

I'm telling you are already eligible for ILR. If you have 24 months employment then you can apply with you dependants for ILR as soon as you sort out the documents. For example I had Jan 2014- Jan 2017 initial application. Now I got extension from June 2017 to June2019. for ILR, if I have employee ...
