Re: Visitor Visa Refused, Urgent help needed

I am going through a similar situation. The reason are so silly, make me think whether they have actually looked at proof attached. Are you guys getting together to make a complaint? I would be keen on supporting as its the 2nd time in last 2 years that someone has been unfairly rejected :|

Re: visitor visa refusal - Intrigued by reasons!

ah i see what you're saying, sorry I missed reading you submitted the 58K as your fathers bank statements, then as you say they wrongly assumed this to be your brothers and wondering where the 58K came from when his salary is 16,000 or whatever. So did your brother have 6 month bank statements that...

Re: visitor visa refusal - Intrigued by reasons!

The key factor is to show visitor will go home at end of visit. Thanks for your reply. What further evidence can he provide for that? He has given his government job details and they called his department too to confirm. (His NOC's has been signed by high level govt. officers) Agree he does not own...

Re: Passport refused - uncancelled passport in maiden name

So what is the latest on the issue?

Did anyone manage to get the British Passport, while having old passport in maiden name? I am in a similar situation. Just done with my oath yesterday and wanted to check option before applying for passport.

Many thanks in advance.

Re: Re-enrol for BRP again for naturalization! ridiculous

That's a good point...Re-reading the ukba link regarding english requirement its ESOL that wont be valid qualification from november 2015. So i should save the pain and apply after coming back in 2016 and hoping no detrimental rule changes for naturalization :)

Thanks!

I have an ILR(possess BRP) and would be travelling for 3 months from Oct 2015 to Dec 2015. My plan was to apply using NCS and then go for oath after coming back...

Re: home visit from immigration office

just called on their contact number and he could not find any records of anyone visiting! nor a biometric form has been sent yet. Looks like it was fraudster trying to get some money, unless the HO IT system is badly updated.
