But before the resu...

I am in the same situation and have a 4 year old SOC and was wondering if I can use this to avoid paying £125!!

Re: Tier 2 dependent working for employer while visa application is under process

You can work but you will have difficulty in securing another job if you don't have evidence of your new visa. Why did you not apply in person for a same day decision if you were looking to change employers? Hi, Thanks for the quick response! Frankly speaking I applied by post to save money. :| It ...

Hi iworker, That sounds really comforting! I called the UKVI twice. Once the lady said I have to withdraw my application and I will loose the application fees and IHS will be refunded in 90 days! Second time the guy told me that it doesn't matter as my husband now holds ILR and I should just mention...

Hi dear,

Re: Visitor Visa second time

Thanks all for your replies.
Wish I could go back in time and change the application bit.
Should we write in application that (I know there is no justification to this) we didn't mention by mistake. What else can we say?!

Hi Casa, Thanks for the quick response! Well, last time a guy from my sisters office helped with the application and he said there is no need to mention it. Re: Staying longer than what you mentioned in application

Hi Casa & Noajthan! Thank you for the prompt replies. I know it's not been a wise decision, had we known earlier, we would have send a letter before finishing the first 4 weeks! Is it still advisable to send them a letter now stating that we didn't realise/know that we must inform the UKVI (thanks C...
