Get your (sponsor/EEA) 's employer to write headed paper letter (stamped if possible)that is working for them, starting date, contracted hours. They normal ring the employer for confirmation anyway. Write a letter explaining that you have previously done Biometric finger prints but unable to recall the date however will to do another one if offered.
