My parents applied on April 25th at VFS cochin(Chennai UK high commission). The status is Visa application under process at UK high commision. It has been in the same status for over a week now.

The appeal is listed on Aug 5th 2013. So they have my wife's passport for atleast a year. Will keep the forum updated after the appeal.
