Time lived in the UK for previously failed FLR(M)?

We're applying again for an FLR(M) after our last one was rejected and so applied for a spouse visa from scratch, 2.5 years ago. So in doing the extension visa application again, the question is "Time lived in the UK" Should I put down all the time in the UK from the start of the very first applicat...

FLR(M) Electronic Bank Statements and Revolut

Hi there I'll be applying for the spouse visa extension, FLR (M), for my wife soon, and have been seeing conflicting things regarding electronic bank statements. The official guidance seems to suggest these need to be official bank statements, or signed /stamped. So does this mean PDFs downloaded fr...

Re: Spouse Visa - Category F - Completed Financial Year?

Hi If you didn't have any income come through in the last company year, then you might be able to use another means to show how you meet the £18,500 threshold (perm job, self-employment, saving etc). However another member can confirm this. If however, you dont have any of the above, you will probab...

Re: Company Accounts for Spouse Visa

Hi, If your company tax year is still 2018-19 at the time of applying then you can submit 2017-18 as you need to provide the information for the last full financial year. When does your company year run till? This means the Corporation Tax (CT600), record of filing to HMRC, accounts, payslips, divi...

Re: Please help urgently - FLR (M) refusal on ground on English language requirements

An out of time appeal means overstaying and a lot of times an over stayer partner/parent of British national gets FLRFP under 10 years of route. In my opinion if your reasons were really solid then judge may use discretion and also dont forget a lot of posts are also get delayed by the royal mail t...

Re: New spouse visa application process confusion: self upload or scanning service?

Thank you all for the information. I finally found the required information of the VFS site (which seems harder than it should be to find): https://www.vfsglobal.co.uk/in/en/vacs/supporting-documents In summary the four options it lays out are: 1. Self scan 2. Applicant takes documents for scan 3. S...

New spouse visa application process confusion: self upload or scanning service?

Hi So I have seen this matter discussed quite a few times here, and even the solicitor we are using has mentioned confusion around this, so hope someone can clarify as I am getting a lot of mixed messages. Re: Correspondence 5 month gap FLR(M)

Hi I can't speak for others, but we also had a good 5-6 month gap, although had letters before and after. I supplied this, along with an explanation in the cover letter and that did not cause any issues, especially as you are being thorough with using different sources etc. Chat logs are not necessa...

Re: Please help urgently - FLR (M) refusal on ground on English language requirements

Hi, I am the OP of this thread and thought I would provide an update based on the advice on a number of solicitors, in case it helps anyone else. The major factor playing against us was that application had been refused and that my wife had overstayed. Three options would be available to us: 1. Try ...

You are employed (by your own company) 3.11: what is sponsors annual income , should I include dividend or should it be just salaries for each month? From what i remember, i put salary + dividends . I put in the value that...

Re: Spouse settlement visa - travelling time

You have 30 days from the date given on the visa.

However that date varies, and depends on the travel date you provided on the application.

If the travel date provided was around the time of (or before) the visa being granted, it will probably start asap.
