for test, i tried to extend visa in th UK online application, but it does not give option of tier 4 to apply

but in the ukvi website, it said (from november) will be impossible to extend your visa in the UK

it seems rules are in place already

option 1 is better, cost effective, less hassle

if you hold tier 4 visa with valid leave, you can make fresh application at anytime 3 months before new course starts

You can apply in UK if time between your visa end date and new course start date is more than 28 days, otherwise, there are plenty universities have start date in September

Tier 4 sponsors never will approve overstayers

When your visa end date

Apply for uni and they will give u cas as long as you have cap and ptogress

You can't make fresh application while appeal is pending

You need to withdraw your appeal and you will be overstayer immedaitly and cannot make fresh application

Best thing is to wait for appeal decision or you need to leave UK and make new application

No letter required

Now Just go to police staion and tell you changed your address yesterday and they put stamp on police reg certificate

Then you apply for extension as normal
No problem will occur

You can apply in UK if time between your visa end date and new course start date

you can apply for FLR or DLR, it does not matter as bot takes more than 2 month to be at consideration point
